As President of Demand Chain, one of the longest-standing Salesforce.com partners, Morse led his team on pace to grow top-line revenue by 135% over three years, nearly doubled the company team size and achieved record net income in the first year – after two years of losses before he took the helm. Morse also strategically reinforced morale and retention by introducing new incentive compensation plans and clearly identifying corporate and team goals, culminating in recognition as one of the Twin Cities’ “Best Places to Work” each year.
